Highly recommend WRS for wheel repairs! While getting new tires at America's Tire, the tech found a minor bend in one of my wheels that would cause a leak. I called WRS and spoke to Juan, who told me to bring it right in for an inspection. From the time I arrived to the time I left was only about an hour. The wheel is perfect, there are zero leaks, and the price was very reasonable. They do a great job and offer incredibly fast service. Thanks, Juan and team!

The refinishing was done with no issues and fast in just one day, BUT the color wasn’t matched(they used generic silver tone), even so service assistant Alex said that would matched. Which basically makes it worthless. And the main part is everyone there said it’s perfectly matched, which is obviously not as shown in the pic below

I brought my Porsche Panamera to have my wheels repaired brought it twice. First time the paint on my wheels started to come off. So they suggested I go with a Matt black on my wheels it last about 6 months, warranty was 1 year, and it started to chip, within the 6 months, Not to mention the messed up my air suspension for my car since they forgot to de activate the air suspension prior to lifting it up to take out the wheels. What happens is that the air suspension got locked in high mode and had to take it to dealer to . This took over a week to have it done because in the mean time they took it to another place that they were hoping it would be able to fix cheaper. It resulted that they couldn’t fix it. . Bottom line the paint on my wheels has gotten worse in all 4 wheels since I went to them. Prior to taken my car there the original grey the wheels had was coded that it the paint wouldn’t come off. My advise is if you like your car as much as I love my Panamera, and you want to get you nice cars wheels done professionally , don’t go there. Find another place. Last time I took it because of the ordeal I asked them to fix the chip on my wheels they opted not to because of there

After giving this shop a significant amount of my business, I slowly realized that the more familiar they became with me, the more I was being overcharged. That realization was disappointing, but my most recent visit made it clear I won’t be returning. I brought my car in to have my old wheels removed and new wheels installed. This is typically a 30-minute job at most, yet I was charged $160, and the car still wasn’t ready over two hours later. What made this worse is that no price was given upfront before the work started, which is completely unacceptable. When I raised my concerns, instead of accountability or an apology, I was met with pushback. Jeff, as the owner, I would expect better transparency and professionalism—especially toward a repeat customer. Charging premium prices without disclosure and failing to deliver timely service is not okay. This was an extremely bad experience. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be advising friends to take their business elsewhere. Jeff, I welcome a public response explaining why no estimate was provided and why a simple wheel swap took over two hours…an apology is absolutely owed here.
